Behaviour support has been a priority at BWCS for several years, although Inclusion3the facilities in Inclusion have had considerable investment in the last year.

The Inclusion facilities are designed to support both staff and students, and ensure all students on roll have entitlement tot appropriate education regardless of Special Educational Need. The Unit works closely with the Learning Advice Department and Language Support.

There are three full time members of the support team in Inclusion. Key staff, middle and Senior Managers are also present in Include throughout the school week.

The Support Assistants are available to support all students in the Inclusion area, although also have specific responsibilities. The team are qualified and experienced Learning Support Assistants, but are also Learning Mentors for students on a longer term Inclusion Programme.
